| | ** ADMINISTRATIVE INTERPRETATION**
To clarify the application of the Waiver Fee specifically to friable and non-friable asbestos, BOTH friable and non-friable asbestos are deemed categorized as Unacceptable Wastes and therefore, the Waiver Fee shall not apply. The categorizing of friable and non-friable asbestos as a “Special Handling Wastes” or “Special Wastes” shall be viewed by SWACO as inapplicable under the “Special Handling Wastes” or “Special Wastes” category.
