SWACO's 2023 Community Waste Reduction Grant program is a competitive grant program that is open to government organizations, schools, and non-profit organizations in Franklin County, OH. The program provides funding for innovative projects that seek to significantly reduce waste and/or increase the diversion of recoverable materials that would otherwise be sent to the Franklin County sanitary landfill for disposal.
