Composting Leaves and Yard Waste is Easy To Do

It's fall and the leaves are dropping on yards across Franklin County. Did you know that leaves are considered yard waste as are brush, grass clippings, branches, and shrubbery? Yard waste is not accepted at the landfill but composting yard waste is easy to do when you use one of SWACO's three convenient programs.
