Transfer Stations

The Jackson Pike and Morse Road Transfer Stations service only registered refuse vehicles such as front, rear and side loaders, and roll-off trucks operated by the City of Columbus and other commercial waste haulers.

• To ensure safety, residents are not permitted to use SWACO Transfer Stations.
• Special Waste loads are not permitted to use SWACO Transfer Stations.
•  All loads must be fully tarped before entering any SWACO disposal facility.
• All customers must wear a vest on the landfill if they exit their vehicles.

As of November 2018, as the result of increased traffic at the Transfer Stations and out of an abundance of caution, SWACO is requiring small trucks, trailers, and box trucks to haul directly to the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill (3851 London Groveport Rd., Grove City, OH) where there’s more room to unload and maneuver safely.
