The Multifamily Recycling Champions Program provides service startup & enclosure funding, resident education, and recognition for starting a recycling program at multifamily properties in Franklin County.
When you start a recycling program at your property with SWACO, you are eligible for:Â
First-Year Recycling Reimbursement
Get your recycling program started with your first year of recycling services reimbursed.
Property Manager Toolkit
Get free signage and educational materials to promote your property's recycling program. SWACO will deliver and set up the toolkit.
Recycling Dumpster Enclosure Reimbursement
Receive financial assistance to help cover the cost of a dumpster enclosure for your property's recycling containers.
Free Resident Education Materials
Help residents understand what and how to recycle with free educational toolkits delivered to every unit. Available to properties with new or existing recycling programs.
One-on-One Program Support
Work directly with a SWACO team member to plan, launch and maintain a recycling program that works for your property.
