The School Champion Programs were created to help schools in Franklin County, Ohio, to keep valuable resources out of the landfill. The programs provide schools with the resources, education and support needed to build successful, sustainable programs that can serve as a model for other schools within and outside their district. Whether you're starting new or looking to improve your programs, SWACO is here to help!

School Champion Program Qualifications

  • Your school or at least 50% of the school district MUST be in Franklin County to qualify.
  • Your principal/ administrator must be aware and supportive of your application to the School Champion Programs.
  • The following personnel are eligible to complete this form: teachers, administrators, or other school representatives. Interested students must have a school representative apply.
