Description
SWACO plans to enter into a contract with one (1) or more qualified Proposers that have the ability to perform some, or all of the services outlined in the Scope of Services. The Project is for a three- (3)-year task-order contract(s) to perform general construction services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill and its facilities as directed by SWACO. Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration. After the contract with SWACO is executed, one (1) or more will be contacted with a task order request which will specify the details of that project. The Successful Proposer(s) will respond with prices and a timeline for completion of the requested task order.
Sealed SOQs are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), November 14, 2025.
