Description
A Request for Proposals (“RFP”) has been issued to provide Agency of Record (“AOR”) services for a series of residential advertising projects. This project concentrates on several residential diversion programs that focus on reducing the amount of solid waste going into the landfill that is generated by central Ohio residents. SWACO is seeking to partner with an AOR to enhance these advertising campaigns that encourage residents to reuse, recycle, or compost as much waste as possible, and act as the central hub for SWACO’s brand marketing activities for central Ohio residents.
The RFP Documents are available beginning February 27, 2026, and can be downloaded by visiting the SWACO website at www.swaco.org/Bids.aspx. Sealed Proposals are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), March 19, 2026.
