I hereby authorize SWACO to publish photographs and videos taken of me and my name and likeness, for use in their print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other SWACO publications. I agree that SWACO may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose. Permission is specifically granted for the photographs to be edited, altered, distorted, used in whole or in part, in conjunction with other images, graphics, text and
sound in any way whatsoever and without restrictions. Permission herein granted is absolute and final and shall accrue to the benefit of any successors, legal representatives and assigns.
I hereby release and hold harmless SWACO from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.
I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in SWACO marketing materials or other SWACO publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release SWACO, its Board, its contractors, its employees, its assignees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
