Description
SWACO is seeking qualified suppliers to perform gas collection and control system design services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill and may also include other SWACO facilities as needed. The Project is for a three- (3)-year task-order contract (2027 – 2030). Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration.
The RFQ Documents are available beginning Friday, September 4, 2026, and can be downloaded by visiting the SWACO website at www.swaco.org/Bids. Sealed SOQs are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), Friday, October 2, 2026.
