Description
SWACO desires to conduct a new waste characterization study based on a four-season waste sort at SWACO’s landfill and transfer facilities, ideally beginning in the summer of 2025 and concluding in the spring of 2026 (the “Project”). The purpose of this Project is to accurately quantify the types and quantities (weights) of solid waste that is generated and disposed within Franklin County.
A virtual pre-submission meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (EST).
Sealed Proposals are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), August 11, 2025.
