Description
SWACO desires to continue providing residents with convenient access to properly dispose of their HHW while operating a program that is cost-effective for SWACO, ideally reducing HHW program costs. SWACO is seeking Proposals to continue:
1. Providing at least one (1) permanent location where residents can drop off HHW;
2. Conducting two (2) to four (4) mobile collection events a year, and;
3. Processing HHW that has been collected by one (1) to four (4) partnering communities as part of a pilot “hub and spoke” collection model.
A virtual pre-submission meeting is scheduled for December 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. which will provide an overview of the Project.
Sealed Proposals are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), January 16, 2025.
