Description
2027 Consortium 1 – Invitation to Bid for the Collection, Transportation and Delivery for Disposal or Processing of Residential Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste Generated by Residential Units, Residential Unit Equivalents, Municipal Facilities and During Special Events to Designated Facilities, and optional curbside food waste collection for City of New Albany.
Bids for Collection Services shall be provided for a not-to-exceed price per Residential Unit per month. Bids will be accepted for a five-year term for Collection Services (1/1/2027 – 12/31/2031).
There will be an informational, non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting for interested Bidders for the Collection Services on March 12, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.
Questions relating to this ITB must be submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. March 19, 2026.
The public opening is in person and virtual and will occur at 1:30 p.m., April 9, 2026, at the SWACO Operations Building Conference Room, 4109 London Groveport Road, Grove City, OH 43123.
