Description
A Request for Bids (“RFB”) has been issued for the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill 2026 Gas Collection & Control System Construction Project. This Project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of vertical gas collection wells; lateral vacuum, air, and force main piping, a road crossing, isolation valves, cleanout piping and fittings, and other miscellaneous related improvements and site restoration activities. The contract duration is approximately ten (10) weeks.
- RFB Documents are available beginning June 5, 2026, and can be downloaded until 1:30 p.m. (EST), June 26, 2026.
- A working Bid Tab (Excel spreadsheet) is available as a separate download
- A mandatory virtual and in-person pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. (EST), June 12, 2026.
- Sealed Bids are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), July 2, 2026.
