ITB Collection, Transportation & Delivery for Disposal or Processing of Residential SW

The Cities of Groveport and Whitehall; the Townships of Clinton, Madison, Pleasant, Sharon and Truro; and the Village of Brice (individually, “Participating Community” and collectively, “Participating Communities”) are cooperating in a Joint Bid Process to select a Collection Contractor to provide for the collection, transportation and delivery for disposal or processing of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Waste generated by Residential Unit Equivalents, Municipal Facilities and during Special Events (“Collection Services”). The Joint Bid Process offers an opportunity to provide the Collection Services to up to approximately 15,408 households. Each Participating Community will individually evaluate and award contracts for the Collection Services based upon its own bid and contract award requirements. The Joint Bid Process requires bid submissions to be submitted, electronically, by 11:00 a.m. on May 1, 2025 for Collection Services using the link provided in the ITB. Bids will be accepted for a five (5)- year term for Recycling Services, beginning January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.

Any such written request for interpretation must be received on or before April 10, 2025 for Collection Services, to be given consideration and to ensure sufficient time for the Participating Communities to issue a response.
