SWACO is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the South Cap Closure Phase II Construction Project. A virtual and in-person mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026. Site visits are optional and must be scheduled with the project manager and completed prior to Monday, April 6, 2026.
Sealed Bids are due and must be received by SWACO no later than 1:30 p.m. (EST), Friday, April 17. 2026.
